Dallas native, Brittney Iwegbu is a mother of three, lifestyle blogger, and entrepreneur. As a community leader, volunteer, and mentor she is versed in facilitating on topics addressing socio-economic issues such as poverty to cultural awareness and identity. Visual and performing arts projects served as a platform and gateway into the creative world for Brittney. Additional topics she is experienced in are curriculum/program planning, facilitating meetings governed by Parliamentary Procedure and Robert’s Rules of Order, fundraisers, leadership training, and mentorship.
Presently, Brittney is pursuing a degree in Digital Communications from UNT Dallas as she is well versed in areas of Digital Marketing, SEO, social media management, creative writing, and content development.
Brittney currently owns a lifestyle brand and is the digital editor of, “Multiples and a Toddler” an online publication that identifies challenges and triumphs of mothering small children. She edits a video advice blog and continues doing work in the community with nonprofits to address the issue of poverty. She is a volunteer at WiNGS, a non-profit that caters to improving the lives of mothers and young children through financial literacy and workshop education. There she serves as a business mentor and financial course facilitator and has collaborated with the nonprofit to produce a diaper drive for mothers and children in their subsidiary program, Nurse Family Partnership due to run in August 2017.
As a working mother Brittney aspires to achieve her passion in life, to speak and write for a living addressing topics of spirituality, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic awareness. She continues her initiatives daily through mentorship of youth, work in various community agencies, and independent creative writing projects.
